We believe in Performance that’s simple, fast and easy to use. Businesses need Automation that’s easy, ready to go, fast to set up and use, without breaking the bank.
Our founders being serial entrepreneurs having built products in the retail, hospitality space realized the need for a robust automation solution that was cost - effective and could be implemented in weeks and not months. Several of their clients had multiple challenges in their operations, finance departments owing to manual repetitive work which led to loss of productivity and lack of clarity across the organization, leading to loss in time, money and peace of mind.
This insight led to the creation of Mindful Automation. Within the first year of operations many of their existing clients signed up for automation and saw their challenges reduce by 85% within the first three months of operation.
More clients signed up for Mindful and today we cater to some of the largest restaurant chains as well as mid-sized organizations globally.

Manzoor Ahmed [Founder and CEO]
An innovator by passion and a serial entrepreneur by profession, Manzoor has 10+ years of experience in the software industry. He is responsible for the F&B POS software Foodie, Ex CTO of Kitchens@, AI integrated camera software & so on.
Narayan Srinivas - [Founder and CMO]
A veteran in the marketing field, Srinivas has 25+ years of experience. His passion for scaling up organizations and his wide network has been the key factor for the success of many organizations. He is also one of the directors of the Beijing Bites Group, and the founder of Genlabs Healthcare
Aruj Ali - [Founder and CFO]
A qualified Chartered Accountant and an entrepreneur, Aruj has 5+ years of experience in the field of finance. Being a product of KPMG, passion for technology & exposure to MNCs in his early entrepreneurial days helped him fuse international practices integrated with technology in his practice. He is currently a partner at a Professional Services Firm.
Shaqir Haq - [Director and Advisor]
CEO at NKP Empire Ventures, with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Skilled in Restaurant Management, Management, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, and Hospitality Industry. 3rd Gen entrepreneur with a vision to create a Global Food Company. Mentor and advisor to start-ups.
Ramesh - [Investor and Director]
Ramesh brings close to 40 years of
experience in Business, particularly in
International Markets and today plays a
guidance/ mentoring role to businesses that
he is involved in. He started his
entrepreneurial life more as a seed investor
in businesses run by friends and today does
selective early stage investments that are
more in the domains of Technology and
Biotech, two domains that he has a very good
understanding of.
Out of his 40 years of experience, he has
over 15 years at the C level, apart from 10
years as a profit center head, and over 15
years in the delivery of projects in the
International market to customers in the US,
Europe, Middle East, and Far East.
Having qualified as one he is also a Finance
person and brings the rare combination of
Finance and Technology to give necessary
relevance to business decision-making.
He is also a regular speaker at Industry and
Entrepreneurship events and related print/
video events.
He was awarded specifically by the Ministry
of defense of Bahrain for his critical
contributions towards a project of National
Importance for the Bahrain Defense Forces.
